RETURNS + EXCHANGES
With every product purchased a portion of that purchase is donated to the programs offered by Survivors for Change and Empowerment. That’s awesome, right? But, it does make exchanges, returns, and refunds a little tricky.

Because of that, we do not process purchase refunds - Instead, we have provided the following exchange policies to accommodate, as many as possible, supporters in various situations.

Exchanges for Damage, Defective Products, or Incorrect Orders:

If we make a mistake on your order or if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us right away and we will be happy to replace or exchange the item(s) for a period of up to 30 days from the shipment date.

*NOTE: The washing instructions on the shirt-tag do not apply. To preserve the high quality of your S4C&E Gildan Tee follow the washing instructions below. We will not replace shirts damaged by regular wear and tear or damage caused in washing.
We ship all across Canada, standard mail via Canada Post.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most packages will arrive within 5-10 business days.

We work really hard to ship orders within the given timeframes for items that are not back-ordered or part of a group order. Please note, during peak seasons (ex: Christmas) please allow 6-8 weeks for arrival before contacting customer service.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

There is a flat rate of $5.00 applied to all shipments within Canada.

Follow washing instructions carefully to preserve the quality of your shirt.

Do not dry clean.

Wash and dry inside out.

Choose ONLY cold water for washing. Hot water may damage the quality of the shirt design.

Use a mild detergent.

Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

Best to hang dry, you can machine dry on a no heat setting, inside out (avoid using dryer balls.)

Do not iron.
